Credit History

Credit History shows account credit transactions and filters. It helps account owners understand which services consumed credits and when, without mixing that review with subscription-plan changes.

When To Use It

Use Credit History when you need to:

  • review credit transactions for a selected date range.
  • filter credit usage by service.
  • search for specific actions.
  • confirm credit consumption before asking for more credits.

Before You Start

Prepare these inputs:

  • Permission: confirm you can view account credit data.
  • Date range: choose the period to inspect.
  • Service filter: choose all services or a specific service.
  • Question: know whether you are checking usage volume, service mix, or an unexpected transaction.

Work Through The Page

  1. Open Credit & Usage or Credit History from Settings.
  2. Use the date range selector, such as Last 28 days.
  3. Choose All Services or a specific service.
  4. Use the search field to find an action when needed.
  5. Review the transaction table columns for action, date, service, credits used, and balance after.

Read The Results

The table columns explain each credit event: action, date, service, credits used, and balance after. Use filters before interpreting totals so the table matches the question you are answering.

Decide What To Do Next

  1. Open Billing if the issue is plan capacity rather than individual transactions.
  2. Summarize the filtered credit findings for stakeholders.
  3. Investigate repeated high-usage services before changing plans.
  4. Adjust workflow usage if a service is consuming credits unexpectedly.

Tips

  • Filter by service before comparing usage patterns.
