Credit Usage
Credit Usage uses the same transaction view as Credit History, focused on explaining how credits are being consumed across AppVector services.
When To Use It
Use Credit Usage when you need to:
- understand which actions use credits.
- review usage for a recent date range.
- filter usage by AppVector service.
- decide whether usage patterns need workflow changes or more credits.
Before You Start
Prepare these inputs:
- Date range: choose the usage window.
- Service scope: select all services or one service.
- Action search: prepare action names or workflow names if investigating a specific usage pattern.
- Account permission: make sure you can view credit data.
Work Through The Page
- Open Credit & Usage from Settings.
- Set the date range.
- Choose All Services or a specific service.
- Search actions when investigating a known workflow.
- Review action, date, service, credits used, and balance-after columns.
Read The Results
Use Credit Usage to explain consumption patterns, not to change subscription details. A high number of transactions for one service may mean the workflow is being run frequently or needs guardrails.
Decide What To Do Next
- Open Billing if usage suggests the plan is too small.
- Review team workflow if credits are being used faster than expected.
- Share summarized usage with the team responsible for account planning.
- Create a recurring check for high-volume services.

- Compare usage across equal date ranges.
