Sharing And Permissions
Sharing and Permissions controls who can access a selected app workspace and what role they have. It is an admin page for inviting members and reviewing access.
When To Use It
Use Sharing And Permissions when you need to:
- invite a teammate to an app workspace.
- review member roles such as admin, member, viewer, or owner.
- check app-specific access before sharing work.
- remove or change access when a teammate no longer needs it.
Before You Start
Prepare these inputs:
- App: select the app whose permissions you want to manage.
- Role decision: know which role the teammate should have.
- Invite details: prepare the teammate account you want to invite.
- Permission: confirm you are allowed to manage members.
Work Through The Page
- Open Sharing & Permissions from Settings.
- Select the app from the app selector.
- Review current role counts and member rows in the product UI.
- Use Invite Member when adding a teammate.
- Use member actions to adjust or remove access when permitted.

Read The Results
Use the member table to confirm who has access, which role each person has, and whether the access is active. The key columns are member, role, and status.
Decide What To Do Next
- Invite only the users who need access.
- Review roles after major team changes.
- Use Integrations separately for external account connections.
- Document ownership outside AppVector if the app has multiple admins.
